    Managing Partner George began his career in the manufacturing sector, where he became a Six Sigma expert and implemented productivity initiatives at Motorola, and Pillsbury. For the next 15 years he worked in Telecommunications and IT, where he lead the development of Broadband Cable TV networks in Canada and USA, and the launch of DirecTV in the USA. From 2005, George turned his attention to Education and Workforce Development, leading key growth initiatives at CompTIA, Pearson , and Carnegie Mellon University. George returned to Kopetski & Associates in 2016 and is currently focused on Business Development initiatives and Channel Building.

    Ron Kopetski
    Chief Operating Officer Ron founded Kopetski & Associates in 2007. He is a pioneer in the Information Technology industry, starting as a Cobol developer, then incorporating Client-Server into his repertoire. After 10 years in Computer Systems leadership, he progressed into enterprise level Project Management, supporting Banking, Insurance, and other clients where IT is “mission critical”. Ron holds P.M.P. and C.S.M. (Agile) certifications, and is recognized by the Project Management Institute as a Subject Matter Expert, contributing to P.M.P. content and exam prep. He is also a founding partner and service provider in two successful technology startups, one in the RFID (radio frequency identification) industry, and another in educational content delivery for Insurance companies.

    Senior Partner David’s entrée to the professional workforce was focused in the founding levels of several successful entrepreneurial start-ups in the technology sector and he is considered a material architect of the current technology distribution sector. Sought by the board of directors of CompTIA (Computing Technology Industry Association) to report to the CEO and Board of Directors, David played a key role in developing assets and initiatives in the areas of Education and Workforce Development. David was actively recruited to Sr. Executive leadership roles in Fortune 10 technology organizations including Sun Micro Systems, Hewlett Packard and Oracle Corporation focusing solely on Mission Critical Global enterprise clients. David is one of the pioneering Illinois residents approved for the Compassionate Care Act Pilot Program in 2013, and has first hand experience in the program from concept to full implementation.

    Senior Partner After graduating as a member of the Capstone Honors Program at The Ohio State University with a major in International Relations and a Computer Science concentration, Kevin began his career by bringing automation to the Executive Search industry building the regions first online search function. From that start, he moved fully into the IT Services industry managing operational integration of 36 regional IT providers to create a $1billion national firm. Over the next 15 years, Kevin held sales and operational leadership roles with Mastec, CompTIA and Excel Logistics. In 2012, Kevin joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise building a $250 million mid-western sales practice. Focusing on C-Level relationships, Kevin brings a strength of presence and confidence to customers and partners. Kevin focuses on business modeling and "go to market" strategies for Kopetski & Associates, plus he heads up the growing Strategic Advisory Council, comprised of business and academic leaders.
